Awards & Winners

  • The overall winner will be awarded the prestigious BERLIN CLASSICAL MUSIC COMPETITION GRAND PRIZEof €1,000 *
  • E-Certificates will be granted to recipients of First, Second, Third, and Fourth Prizes.
  • A selection of distinguished winners will be invited to perform at the Kammermusiksaal of the Berliner Philharmonie in December 2025, offering a unique opportunity to showcase their talents on one of the most renowned international stages.
  • Additional winners may be featured in the Berlin Classical Music Competition’s official online concert series, expanding their reach to a global audience.
  • Certificates of participation will be awarded to performers who receive a Special Mention or Honorary Mention.
  • Certificates of recognition for distinguished teachers are available upon request.
  • Special recognition will be given to select First Prize-winning videos, which will be featured across our website, YouTube channel, and official social media platforms.
  • The competition’s mission is to offer continuous artistic support, helping winners promote their musical careers and gain visibility on both European and international platforms.

*In case of a tie, the Grand Prize may be shared (ex aequo). The Berlin Classical Music Competition reserves the right to divide the award accordingly. All decisions made by the jury and competition committee are final.


CERTIFICATES

All applicants will receive a Certificate of Participation via email after the official announcement of results.


TIMETABLE

  • July 31st, 2025 – Deadline for Free Application
  • August 1st–6th, 2025 – Evaluation and Judging of submitted video entries
  • August 7th–8th, 2025 – Notification of Finalists
  • August 7th–11th, 2025 – Submission for Final Round & Payment of Administrative Fees
  • September 5th, 2025 – Announcement of Competition Results
  • September 22nd, 2025 – Dispatch of E-Certificates
  • December 2025 – Gala Concert at the Kammermusiksaal of the Berliner Philharmonie
