Gala Concert: Berlin, Kammermusiksaal of the Berliner Philharmonie – December 2025

The Berlin Classical Music Competition 2025 was created to offer musicians from around the world the opportunity to participate in a prestigious international competition without the barriers of travel, accommodation costs, or visa restrictions. By conducting the entire application and evaluation process online, the competition ensures accessibility and global reach, while continuing to uphold the highest artistic standards.

Although online by nature, this competition is not meant to replace the power of live performance. Rather, it seeks to expand global awareness of classical music by providing a modern platform for artists to present their work, connect with an international jury, and reach broader audiences.

Open to musicians of all nationalities and ages, the Berlin Classical Music Competition includes categories for piano, strings, wind instruments, percussion, voice, four-hands piano, and chamber music. Each discipline is divided into distinct age groups, and there is no upper age limit for participation.

The BCMC emphasizes both artistic excellence and musical education. Through our website and digital media platforms, we share participant performances and provide access to educational materials that promote artistic growth and inspiration.

Winners of the competition will be invited to perform at our prestigious Gala Concert in December 2025 at the Kammermusiksaal of the Berliner Philharmonie, one of the most iconic venues in Europe.
